Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

What exactly do you do?

Everything. From setup to breakdown, bartending, styling, signage, garnishes, and service—we handle it all. What don’t we do? Supply the alcohol. As a dry-hire bar, we’ll provide you with a curated shopping list tailored to your menu, and you purchase exactly what you need.

Are your packages standard or customizable?

Every event is different, and so are our packages. We customize each experience based on your guest count, style, and needs—no cookie-cutter options here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Square, Venmo, Cash App, and cash.

Do you travel outside the Tampa Bay area?

Yes, we do. While our home base is Tampa Bay, we often travel to surrounding areas such as Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Dunedin. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Can we provide our own mixers or garnishes?

Yes. You’re welcome to supply your own mixers and garnishes if you’d like. However, most of our clients prefer to let us handle the details to ensure everything is consistent, fresh, and presented beautifully.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Oak & Iris is fully licensed and insured mobile bar service—something most venues require for outside vendors.

How long do you need for setup and breakdown?

We typically need about one to two hours for setup and one hour for breakdown. This can vary depending on the venue and package chosen.

What types of events do you serve?

Weddings, corporate gatherings, branding events, milestone celebrations, bachelorette parties, private events, real estate launches, and more. Wherever there’s a reason to celebrate, we’ll bring the bar.

Do you add gratuity? Yes, 18% gratuity will be added to your invoice and we never put out a visible tip jar.
